Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your BBA tee for a full 
refund — no reason needed.

To start a return, email shop@wearbba.com with your order number, or use the 
returns option in your order confirmation. We'll guide you from there.

Return shipping is free — we cover the cost.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once we 
receive your return, your refund is processed within 14 days to your original 
payment method.

Prefer a different size or colorway instead of a refund? Just let us know — 
exchanges work the same way, same free return shipping.

Manufacturing defect? Every BBA tee is covered by the standard 2-year EU/UK 
warranty (Directive 1999/44/EC) against faults that aren't down to normal 
wear and tear. Reach out to shop@wearbba.com and we'll sort it.
